Job Summary - a concise overview of the job
This position is responsible for implementing, managing, improving, and troubleshooting business technology and operations technology systems for the site. The role includes providing direct support to users across the organization, with the set up of hardware and software, diagnosing connectivity or data access problems, and performing system and software updates.
This role requires extensive familiarity with IT processes and procedures, effective communication, departmental enhancement, and user support. Senior IT specialists balance enterprise-wide support and enhancement with direct assistance for IT departments and users.
Scope of Authority - span of control (work unit, site, department, division, etc.), monetary value of budget/spend authority (capital, operating, etc.), P&L responsibility, etc.
Site wide business technology and operations technology systems (i.e., VOIP phones, printers, laptops, desktops, AV systems, control system interconnectivity, firewall, routing, etc.)
